All leases/accommodation contracts are based on weekly rates
As our office hours are strictly 0900 – 1700 during weekdays, the following after hours check in procedures shall apply to guests arriving outside of these hours.
Payment – All bookings must be pre-paid.
Arrival time – Should occupiers arrive during office hours, they can check in at the office situated on 40 Haven Drive. Should the arrival time be outside of office hours, a key will be placed in the key safe located at the front door of the office. Please ensure that you inform us of your arrival time and make provision for delayed flights.
Contact number – Please ensure you supply us with a mobile number for the guest who will be staying, especially if it is a late or weekend arrival as we text their key safe code to them.
How to access your key – A secret pin number will be confirmed whilst making a reservation. This number will be confirmed via text to a mobile phone. Punch this number followed by a # into the pin pad of the key safe located next to the front door of the office on 40 Haven Drive. A key will drop down. Open the metal flap and retrieve your key together with an envelope with your name on with instructions and a map to your apartment.
Extra’s – We do not automatically place internet modems in apartments. Please ensure that you request a modem at the time of making a reservation in order for us to place the modem in your apartment. The extra charge will be $50 per week. The same applies to Baby Cots or High Chairs.
Weekly/monthly cleaning service:
As your tenancy agreement will not include the optional weekly/monthly cleaning. Please notify us in advance if you wish us to arrange cleaning by a third party during your tennanacy. Our on site manager will be happy to provide you with estimated quote.
Payment Receipts – Please come to the office on the first business day after check in to collect extra key and tenancy invoice.
