Waldorf Newhaven Apartments in Botany Downs offer modern on-site recreational facilities and services such as a landscaped leisure area, BBQ, outdoor pool, fully equipped gym, children playground tennis court, as well as an on-site manager / caretaker for your comfort and security. All our furnished apartment are based on a weekly lease arrangement.

Our spacious accommodation is fitted with an internal laundry, SkyTV and an outdoor verandah. The furnished apartments have a flexible bedding arrangement with king size beds which can be split into single beds in the main bedroom with extra roll-away beds available in ground floor units.

All apartments, townhouses and terrace homes have permanent on-site and visitor car parking.

Optional weekly/monthly cleaning service can be arranges via athird party contractors.
