Special weekly extended stay rates for furnished apartments (for more than a 3 months stay) are subject to availability and advanced reservation. Furnished apartments and houses rental include electricity, water, Sky TV, telephone as well as full use of the complex's recreational facilities. High speed internet is available at an additonal charge. Optional weekly service by our contractor (including linen and towel change) can be arranged separately for a charge of NZ$80 per apartment, townhouse or terrace home. Both furnished and unfurnished apartments can be rented with direct-dial telephone and internet service (extra charge for internet). A one time cleaning charge of NZ$80 (1-Bed), $100 (2-Bed), $120 (3-Bed) will be debited to tenant's account on departure. Any damage to the apartment, its equipment or furniture as a result of tenant mishandling of the apartment will be debited to the tenant's account on departure. |
